How to use this service:
Show your ID card to the provider’s assistant each time you visit the
provider.
To access the Chiropractic network, simply enter your group and
membership numbers online and review the database of chiropractors or
call the number on your ID card. The customer service representative
will request your name, group number, membership number and zip code.
Once your information is confirmed, you will be provided with the names
and telephone numbers of participating chiropractors in your community.
Please make sure to identify yourself as a member of the chiropractic
network listed on your membership materials when making an appointment
with a participating chiropractor.
Note: This program is NOT insurance. It is a reduced-fee-for-service
program that provides discounts at certain providers. In order to
receive the special pricing, you must pay in full at the time of service
and verify that the provider is an active participant of our
chiropractic network..
